3.If the mold structure is complex, it can be diluted 2-3 times for use. If the mold is simple, the dilution factor can be increased.

4.Suitable for demoulding products between 65-180℃.

Applications:

It is used as solvent based siliconefluoro mold release agent,applied to APG epoxy casting molding, dry-type transformers, epoxy resin wrapped pipes, elastomers and other hard products.

Application process:

1. The mold should be completely clean, degreased and dry. And if possible,heat the 90℃ above.

2.It is recommended to use spray gun spraying and can be produced continuously for 5-8 cycles to preliminarily assess the delamination strength and appearance of the product;Further verification requires thorough cleaning of the mold and continuous production of 1-2 shifts, which can basically determine the quality and applicability of the release agent product.

3.Special products require continuous production for 1-2 weeks to verify details such as scale accumulation and mold brightness.
