Benefits:

Excellent adhesion to the mold surface, excellent thermal stability, less scale, and easy to be cleaned;

The mold can be semi-cured when the temperature exceeds 70 ℃;

Suitable for demoulding products between 70-200 ℃, which can be easily demoulded, dry and non greasy

Applications:

It is used as release agent for thermosetting materials,including polyurethane series, epoxy, phenolic, melamine, urea formaldehyde and other resins.

It can also be used for demoulding rubber parts

Application process:

The mold should be completely clean, degreased and dry. If possible, the temperature should be heated higher than 70 ℃. Spraying with spray gun is recommended when mass production and ventilation conditions permit;

It is recommended to blow the mold surface slightly with an air gun after spraying the release agent to prevent too much liquid from remaining in the corner, so as not to affect the subsequent molding.
