Applications:

Application process:

1.It is recommended to use a uniformly atomized spray gun for spraying, with the dilution ratio adjusted according to product requirements and mold complexity.

2.During the first test, the mold does not need to be cleaned and can be produced continuously for 5-8 cycles to preliminarily assess the delamination strength and appearance of the product; Further verification requires thorough cleaning of the mold and continuous production of 1-2 shifts, which can basically determine the quality and applicability of the release agent product.

3.Special products require continuous production for 1-2 weeks to verify details such as scale accumulation and mold brightness.
