Application process:

1. The mold should be completely clean, degreased and dry. And if possible,heat the 90℃ above.

2.It is recommended to use spray gun spraying for mass production and ventilation conditions,dilute with purified water at a rate of 1:5-8. For simple molds or on-site working conditions limitation,it can also be wiped or dipped with cotton cloth.

3. It is recommended to use an air gun to blow the surface of the mold slightly after spraying the release agent to prevent excessive residue of the release agent and avoid affecting subsequent forming. Cured for 2-3 minutes after spraying 3 times at the beginning.And after using 15-20 molds continuously, spray again and cured for 2-3 minutes before continuing to use.
