Applications:

It is used as mold release agent for PU, plastic and rubbers,including polyurethane rigid or semi-rigid foam materials or PU elastomer materials,composite plastic materials or rubbers.

For example: PU sole,rubber sole,PU sports equipment,medical supplies,etc.

Application process:

1.The mold should be completely clean, degreased and dry.

2.Spraying with a uniformly atomized spray gun is recommended,and the dilution ratio depends on the product requirements and the complexity of the mold.

3. If the temperature of the mold < 40℃, it is recommended to use an air gun to blow the surface of the mold slightly after spraying the release agent to prevent excessive residue of the release agent and avoid affecting subsequent foaming.
