Foaming causes and hazards

1. The sizing process and the high-speed movement of the yarn lead to foam.If the foams is not treated in time,white spots,spots,or uneven color of the fabric pattern will occur.

2.During the pre-treatment process,the product is desizing with a desizing agent,and bleaching and washing with scouring agent and cleaning agent.In order to penetrate into the fabric better and more uniformly, high-temperature scouring is used to generate foam.

3. In the process of medium temperature dyeing and high temperature dyeing, the vibration of mechanical operation leads to the generation of foam, which affects the quality of the finished product.

4.During the printing process,foams occurs in the mixing process and the stiring process of the color paste.If it is not treated in time,white spots and spots will be generated,or the fabric pattern and color will be blurred and uneven.
