Hazards of foam:

It affects the quality and precision of processing,causes cooling and lubricating fluid failure,and leads to waste of oil tank volume.What's more,coolant can cause damage to machine tools,tools and workpieces,affecting the quality and accuracy of machining.

Causes of bubbles:

Soft water quality;Low liquid level of the metal cutting fluid;Fast flow rate of the metal cutting fluid;The bubbles do not have time to overflow,and accumulate more and more,resulting in a large amount of foam;There are too many right angles in the design of the water tank,or the nozzle angle of the cutting fluid is too straight.After solving the above problems,foam still occurs.At this time,we have to add a Defoamer to the foaming metal cutting fluid.
