Description:

The product is mixture of high molecular weight siliocne elastomer in D5,that is not completely dissolved in fat,but exists in a stable dispersion form.

It can be used in water/oil emulsion,water/silicone oil emulsion,oil/water emulsion and water free cosmetic formulations.

It provides the skin with smooth ,soft velvety feel.

Features:

Acts as a thickening agent for water-in-oil and water-in-silicone formulations and silicones fluids;

Non-greasy skin feel, no balling effect when rubbed on the skin.

Slight sebum absorption.

Recommended dosage

1-20% of total formulations.

Usage:

It can be directly dispersed in the oil phase (silicone oil or organic oil) of the formula and stirred evenly without subsequent shear processing.

In the formulation of emulsion products, it is directly added to oil phase or silicone fluid; it is recommended to homogenize the oil phase before emulsification, or pour the product slowly into the dispersed oil phase while stirring properly.

If the viscosity of the whole dispersed phase can ensure the dispersion of the product, it can be added later;

For convenient use, it can be blended with dimethicone, cyclomethicone, phenyl dimethicone,fatty acid esters and hydrocarbons to reduce viscosity;

Heating operation should be carried out in a sealed container to avoid volatilization of cyclomethicone.

The operating temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.

This product will become very thick after being placed for a long time, and even agglomerate. This is a normal phenomenon, only a slight stir, the product can be restored to its original state.

Package:

20kg plastic pails,200L drum or according to customer’s request.

Storage Period:

Shelf life: 2 years in the seal and under ambient conditions.

It is recommended to use up as soon as possible after opening the package.

Precautions:

Pay attention to moisture and prevent acidity and other impurities from mixing with the product during transportation and storage.
