The product is mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in D5,that is not completely dissolved in fat,but exists in a stable dispersion form.

Application:

It is a semitransparent silicone elastomer gel, that can not really dissolve in any oil phase and can only exist in a stable dispersion form. It can be used in various cosmetic formulations such as W/ O emulsion, W/Si emulsion, O/ W emulsion and anhydrous products to obtain dry, velvety and oily skin.

The product can be directly dispersed in the oil phase of the formula (silicone oil or organic oil, such as dimethyl silicone oil, cyclic silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, fatty acid esters, hydrocarbons, etc.) to reduce viscosit, and stirred evenly without subsequent shear processing:

In the formulation of emulsion products, it is recommended to homogenize the oil phase before emulsification, or pour the dispersed oil into the product slowly, and stir it properly. If the viscosity of the dispersed phase can ensure the dispersion of this product, it can also be added later.

The heating operation shall be carried out in a sealed container to avoid the volatilization of cyclic silicone oil. It is recommended that the operating temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃.

Storage Period:

Shelf life: 2 years in the seal and under ambient conditions.
