TMDD-EO 120 and TMDD-EO 140 surfactants are best described as nonfoaming or, in some cases, defoaming nonionic surfactants.

TMDD-EO 165 and TMDD-EO 185 surfactants are low-or nonfoaming wetting agents.

TMDD-EO 165 and TMDD-EO 185 surfactants have high cloud points which are useful for solutions that must be kept near the boiling point of water.

Recommended Applications

Application to water-based system:

• Water-based coatings .

• Printing inks.

• Pressure-sensitive adhesives

• Paper coatings

• Agricultural chemicals

• Metalworking lubricants

• Concrete and oil well cementing

Dosage:

0.2-2% wt% , the optimal addition levels should be determined by runnning a ladder study.

Direction for use:

1.In the formulation or mix procedure,maintain adequate stir and allow mix at least 15-30 minutes. More suitable heat added if the viscosity sires.

2.Add TMDD-EO surfactant at last,especially after other surfactant or polymer have been added.This will allow the max. rate of dissolution or dispersibility of TMDDO surfactant into the system.
