Application to water-based system:

• Water-based coatings.

• Water-based varnishes,adhesives and finishing agents

• Paper coatings.

• Printing ink:

• Synthetic metalworking lubricants.

• Lignosulfonates

• Grouts and mortars.

• Fountain Solutions.

• Formulations containing proteins as the foam-stabilizing species.

• Formulations containing phosphate esters as the foam-stabilizing species.

Dosage:

DF110D 0.1-2% wt% , the optimal addition levels should be determined by runnning a ladder study.

Direction for use:

1.In the formulation or mix procedure,maintain adequate stir and allow mix at least 15-30 minutes. More suitable heat added if the viscosity sires.

2.Add DF110 series surfactant at last,especially after other surfactant or polymer have been added.This will allow the max. rate of dissolution or dispersibility of DF110 series surfactant into the system.

3.Better add the pigment,filler and the other solid material before DF110 series surfactant.

4.Sometimes,DF110 fluid mixture will have agglomeration or crystal while transporting and storing under low temperature.Heat it to the hot,it can be recover after modest agitate.
