Applications:

It can be widely used in various systems, such as non-ionic, anionic, cationic emulsion systems or polymer systems that do not form complexes due to its non-ionic property.
• Polishing agent for automobile and furniture polishing: provides good gloss at a very low-level dosage.
• Release agents for the following products:
Rubber or plastic parts (bottle stopper, screw cap, barrel stopper, etc.)

• For lubrication of the following products:
Extrude rubber parts; Conveyor belt,etc
• Textile/machinery lubricants:
Spinning,sewing thread lubrication,knitwear manufacturing,needle lubrication,glass cloth exhaust filter
Use method:

Release agent/lubricant:

It can be used directly or diluted with low hardness water, used for traditional spray, dipping, wiping or brushing.

For example, diluted at a rate of NV-SiF201E:water=1:10.

Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Textile finishing
The dosage depends on the fabric structure and type (Natural or synthetic). Generally, the recommended concentration is 5~50 g/L.

Used in padding process.

1. Rinse the fabric thoroughly with non-ionic detergent, and then rinse with 2 g/L 80% acetic acid solution for 5 minutes.
This process can neutralize the residual alkali in the previous process to avoid the oil spots or roller sticking caused by the instability of the impregnating solution.
2. If grease resistant resin or filler is used in the process, the mixed liquid shall be diluted according to the manufacturer's recommendations.The temperature should be reduced to 30 ℃ before the silicone emulsion is padded
3. Pre-dilute the NV-SIF201E with approximately the same amount of water,t
hen add in the mixing tank as required.
4. If grease resistant catalyst is required, please use the same amount of water to premix,then add it into the mixing tank.
5. Dilute it to the required volume with the cold water.
Attention during use:

Use clean tank, feeding pipeline, rolling box and roll;
Dilute the emulsion with cold water;
Do not use high shear stirrer when preparing finishing solution
Package:

200L plastic drum,or 1000kg/ IBC.

Storage:

Stored in clean and airtight drum,dry and sealed.

Shelf life:6 months.
