Applications:

It is an lipophilic polyether polydimethylsiloxane, which has excellent W/Si and W/O emulsifying ability. The effluent with high water content can be obtained with low emulsifier dosage.This product has slight polyether characteristic smell.

It can be used in a variety of personal care products, including skin care, make-up and sunscreen products.

Using method:

Slowly pour the aqueous phase into the oil phase and stir quickly.Increasing the stirring speed can improve the stability of the water / oil emulsion system. Increasing the proportion of aqueous phase can increase the viscosity of the system;

Mix the oil and emulsion evenly before adding water for emulsification;

If all the raw materials are liquid, it can be emulsified at room temperature without homogenization and the stable emulsion can be obtained by quick mixing.

Adding electrolyte (0.5~2% NaCl) solution to the aqueous phase can improve the storage stability of the emulsion system.

Recommended dosage:

Used as the main emulsifier:1 .0- 4.0wt%

Used as the co-emulsifier: 0.1-1.5wt%
