The ratio of M:Q and the structural nature of the M decides the special properties and applications.

Character:

A kind of Si-O based solid (nonlinearity).

1.Excellent heat resistance, low temperature resistance, can be used in - 60 ℃ to + 300 ℃.

2. Good film forming property, moderate flexibility, aging resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance.

3. Good water repellency.

4. Good adhesion.

5. Excellent isolation performance and durable, a semi permanent release agent.

Usage:

It is used in the high temperature, semi-permanent or permanent release agent,that has good effects in high-temperature castings, tire demoulding, car seat cushions and other fields.

In the release agent formula, polydimethylsiloxane is widely used, and a certain amount of MQ silicone resin is added to it. After being coated on the surface of the mold at high temperature, some hydroxyl groups on MQ silicone resin will be condensed to form a reinforcing filling for film formation of dimethylsilicone oil.
