A blend of volatile cyclopentasiloxane D5 and a very high viscosity dimethiconol gum polymer.

Forms a water-resistant film and a breathable skin protection barrier,but no greasy feeling;

Gives soft velvety skin feel;

Conditions hair, especially split ends,Anti-frizz & curl definition;

Improves wet combing for haircare;

Long lasting effects, resistant to wash off;

Improves spread;

When used in deodorants: Long lasting fragrance retention capacity (up to 24 hrs) ;Immediate drying; No burning sensation ;Soft and smooth feel;

Preference over alcohol when used in deodorant formulation.

Use:

It is a concentrate,that allows the addition of a silicone gum to a wide range of personal care formulations.It can be further diluted in volatile silicone and is miscrible with mineral oil.

Widely used in cosmetic and toiletry applications such as:

Skin Care;

Color Cosmetics;

Sun Care;

Hair Care;

Shower Gels;

Antiperspirants and Deodorants.

1.Emulsion products:

Can be incorporated directly into the oil phase of the formulation.

If temperatures above 70°C are being used to melt the oil phase, it should be added slowly after the formation of the emulsion, and  below 60°C ,using a high shear mixer.

2.Non-emulsion products:

It is advisable to add cosmetic ingredients to the silicone and not vice versa as often high viscosity dimethiconol is incompatible with other cosmetic ingredients.

Recommended dosage:0.5%-100% depending on applications.

Storage:

Product should be stored at or below 25°C (77°F) in original,unopened containers.

Avoid contact with acid, alkali and other impurities. Do not contact naked fire.

Storage period is 1 years. After the storage period, it should be rechecked,the qualified products can be used.

Packing:

Max. 20kg/drum or 200kg drum or as request.
