Note：m decides the Si/C rate ，n decides the molecular weight

Advantage:

1.The introduction of ester group links in the molecule can change the Si/C ratio,that help solve the problem of difficult compatibility between silicone and acrylate in the synthesis of polyacrylate.

Applications:

It is soluble in acrylate monomers such as butyl acrylate.

When synthesizing oily AC, it can be mixed with acrylate monomer first and then make the chain extension reaction;

When synthesizing waterborne PA (polyarylate ), it can be pre-mixed with acrylate monomer or emulsified with emulsifier before participating in the reaction.

It is especially suitable for radiation curing system, crosslinkability, high miscibility, good recoating and printing properties, and slightly increase smoothness.

Recommended dosage：

Wood coatings: 0.05-0.4%

Printing ink and surface varnish 0.1-1.0%

Can coatings 0.05-0.3%

Plastic coatings:0.05-0.6%

Use guide:

Add it in the coating in the form of original or pre diluent.

Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent can simplify the mixing operation.

Package and storage:

25Kg/200Kg 。

Sealed storage, 12 months under normal temperature.

Contact with tin (such as metal containers) will shorten the storage stability.
